   如今的家居建材市場競爭日益白熱化,如果專注于某單一領(lǐng)域,一旦市場發(fā)生劇烈變化,企業(yè)可能因為來不及“調(diào)頭”而翻船,而跨界經(jīng)營則不失為一個避免翻船的有效辦法。木門跨界經(jīng)營在滿足消費者個性化需求的同時,也在滿足木門廠商自身生存發(fā)展的需求。不過有業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為走跨界經(jīng)營之路還需謹(jǐn)慎。聞道有先后,術(shù)業(yè)有專攻,無論是木門、木門亦還是其它家居,都有本身固有的屬性及專業(yè)技術(shù)要求,如果廠商沒有充分掌握相關(guān)技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗,其生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品或者提供的服務(wù)反而會砸了原本起家的招牌。

總之跨界有風(fēng)險,一著不慎滿盤皆輸,中國木門行業(yè)發(fā)展近幾十年,從技術(shù)引進(jìn)到自主研發(fā)階段,中國木門行業(yè)從生產(chǎn)研發(fā)到銷售終端各個環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)展還不夠完善,木門企業(yè)需要精準(zhǔn)把握市場動向,注重產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新設(shè)計、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),而不是去一味追隨跨界的腳步。
