 實行虛擬職位的目的:
 解決暫時沒有領導崗位編制問題;落實干部發展通道問題;解決培養崗位接班人問題;解決崗位有競爭、有挑戰的問題;解決部分沒有到期離任干部安置、認可問題。
 設立:主任工程師、高級經理、副主任工程師、經理主任級科員等,這些同志不直接擔負行政管理責任,重在做好現任干部的參謀,列席主管會議,發表意見,參與決策,薪資相對靠級。
  退居二線的干部,只要保持領導者的本來素質,工作仍然認真負責,公司一定會給予認可。

管理干部應該符合的標準
